Is Dropbox Paper down? I'm missing some Paper docs
Is Dropbox paper down? I have a dozen of papers and they are all gone.
Can you navigate your account and let me know if you can find a folder called "Migrated Paper Docs" perhaps juchiast?

Hi juchiast - thanks for letting us know about this.
I just gave it a go and I was able to use Dropbox Paper just fine. Can you clear your browser's cache and/or try another browser and let me know if you get the same results?
If you do, I'd appreciate a screenshot of the exact error or the last page you can get to.
As for your missing Paper docs, are you able to search for them to see if you can find them on your account? Do you maybe see them in your deleted files page or the events page by any chance?
Let me know more and we'll take it from there.

Hello, searching helped, I was able to load 1 paper and they are visible from then on. Tried different browser but same result.
Sometime it shows this 500 error

Events and deleted files page show some papers that I tried to make and then delete after encountering this issue, old papers are not there.

There are several 503 error at URLs such as https://www.dropbox.com/paper/starred?role=personal

Yes, I see a Migrated Paper Docs folder with my old papers. What do I do with it.

Can you find your Dropbox Paper docs there juchiast?
Also, have you tried navigating to your Paper area by clicking on the dotted icon in the upper right corner of your page and then on the Paper option? Do you see them there?

I am having the same exact issue. I use Paper daily and this has been an extreme setback. I'm currently looking for an alternative before by renewal date this month because this is unacceptable. Even more so when they try to act as if we can't read the name of a folder to know it's not there or the documents.
