Shared folder disappeared from my account (owner). How can I restore it?
I shared a folder (years ago) and now it has disappeared from my Dropbox, but still exists in the other person's Dropbox and still shows me as the owner. It is not in my deleted files. How can I recover access to the folder?

I need immediate help! All of my Dropbox Paper documents are completely gone — missing without any trace!This is an urgent situation that is severely impacting my work. I can't find a folder that was shared with me by my photographer.
Hi, My wedding photos and videos were shared with me via a Dropbox folder by my photographer. However, when I tried to download the folder recently, I couldn’t find it. Could you please guide me on how to recover it urgently? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

How can I log in to my account without having access to the email address?
I have a dropbox account connected to my yahoo email. I no longer have this email account (yahoo deleted it for inactivity) but I would like to reach the dropbox account connected to it. I have tried several times to log in using diffrent ways but nothing has worked. I would be so thankful for help in reaching all my old photos. Does anyone have advice?

I'm missing files from my over-quota Dropbox account after moving to a new device.
My old (12 years) pc died with a failed graphics card, I had had old messages that my free dropbox was full by email. I do not remember any password being asked for at the time. I now have a new pc (windows11) and the hard drive data has been transferred, but only stuff from earlier than around 2011. I cannot find any of the full dropbox docs and nothing from 2022 on. Where is it and how do I find it?

Missing files and file contents after restoring my Dropbox to a new computer
I recently upgraded my iMac's to a new SSD because the old one was running with read/write errors frequently. After waiting for hours for the Time Machine to pour back my backed up data, I discovered that 4 month's of data (files and some contents in Excel files) gone missing! As if Dropbox has rolled back the contents of my account by 4 months. I tried going back to the Time Machine to see if I can access the missing files in Dropbox but to no avail. The Time Machine backup of Dropbox is just a shortcut! No Dropbox files were backed-up. Has anybody experienced what I am encountering?

Missing files and photos after adding them to Dropbox and syncing to a new laptop
I recently bought a new laptop and wanted to transfer all my files and photos over to it. Dropbox looked like an easy way to do it, but I am noticing many of my photos and files are missing from the new laptop. Dropbox is saying the sync is complete. Any assistance is welcomed.

I'm missing files/folders in new Windows desktop version - I can't access my Downloads folder
I believe I installed the new version yesterday 5/27/24, and I can not find my files. I think they may be in the old version. I do not understand computers very well, and bc I only have the basic plan I can't talk to anyone. When I try to go into the file, I get the following error msg...dropba\pc\downloads is unavail. And to make sure I'm connected to network and try again. I am connected. Please help
