How can I change email address?

I have tried to change my email address in Accounts.
I am an older lady who is having difficulty deciding why there are 3 lines to be filled in.
Are the first two the new email address, and the 3rd line the password?

Hey Sharyn W.! You’re totally right; the first two fields are for the new email address (the second one is to confirm the email address and make sure there aren’t any typos) and the third one is for your current Dropbox password.

Hi Nancy,
I tried your suggestion but had no luck changing my email address.
When I entered my email address twice and then my password a round red circle with a line through the circle appeared beneath the first of the two email addresses.
I am using the correct email address, so why should this happen?

Hannah, When I type my new email address a message appears under the space that says 'email address from Dropbox website'.
What do I do now?

It may also be worth trying to clear all cookies/cache etc. or a different browser.
