File explorer is the only Windows 11 app that can see a Dropbox folder
Other third party file managers can't see the dropbox folder. If I create a new folder
and move the files to it in the preferences, then the created folder disappears from file managers like Ztree or Files. When I uninstall dropbox, the folder reappears without the contents.
This is acting like a cell phone connected when the folder can only be seen by file explorer.
LIke a virtual folder.
Okay. figured it out. I'm using Ztree a crafty file manager based on Xtree Gold.
There is a switch that filters junctions and redirects I turned it off using alt F-10 and changing that filter to none. Something different about dropbox, onedrive and gdrive are unaffected. But it is unique to ztree.

Hi there Tsoilihoi - thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you clarify the version and status of the Dropbox desktop app as shown in your taskbar and send us a couple of screenshots of the issue?
While we're at it, is it possible that you're using this version of the app?
Any additional information you can share about your use-case and the issue(s) you're facing would be more than welcome!
