Can't share files. "We’ve interrupted your sharing activity" error.

Hello,

I work for a company that provides two-way radio programming software downloads for our end-user customer base.  We have multiple links on our Dropbox but only one is giving us an error.  The following is what we're receiving after re-uploading the software to Dropbox:

Can't Share File

Error in call to API function /2/sharing/create_shared_link_with_settings: Sharing is restricted

How do we resolve this issue?  

We need this fixed ASAP as it is effecting our day-to-day business needs and resources.

    Hi TWRGProgramming, thanks for posting here!

    It sounds like your shared links might have been temporarily suspended. How long have you been getting this error?

    Did you receive an email from Dropbox informing you about this perhaps?

    Let me know more and we'll take it from there.

    Hi Megan,

    Thank you for getting back to me so quickly!

    This error is brand new today after I tried to re-upload the software from my computer to Dropbox. 

    We had previously been getting a different error that showed this and it started last Friday, 7/11:

    We're only having the issue with one of our software links, everything else is working.

    And no, we didn't receive any emails from Dropbox saying anything at all, it just started happening.
